Clubhouse

The Hope Club is one of America’s oldest social clubs. Located prominently on historic College Hill on the East Side of Providence, Rhode Island, members and guests have enjoyed the benefits of the Club for generations. Dining is an integral part of the Hope Club experience. Our formal and informal dining rooms serve traditional Club fare and superb contemporary American cuisine. While Ames Court serves as a wonderful outdoor venue for both dining and cocktail receptions during warm weather months, the Grill Room & Bar offers informal dining and cocktails throughout the year.

For parties, weddings or business affairs, an array of nearly a dozen rooms is available. Perfect for private dinners, conferences, corporate events and family celebrations, the Clubhouse can accommodate a range of events from an intimate dinner to a large affair for more than 300 guests. Our modern guest rooms and suites, handsomely appointed and lavishly detailed, provide a classic alternative to local hotels. Members and overnight guests enjoy complimentary use of the well-equipped exercise room and squash court.
